A little reassurance.
The personal details, explained.
Yes—that is the personalized offer. Your uploaded photo is the reference for your pet’s portrait, with their name on the front. You are not choosing a generic breed charm.
Both. Use one pet per necklace so their face stays the focus. Mixed breeds are welcome; your own photo is the reference.
The $49.95 necklace includes the pet portrait and name on the front. A back inscription is optional at $9.95 extra, for a $59.90 total before applicable tax. All prices are USD.
A nickname, meaningful date or short message, within the limit shown by the personalization form. For example: “Always by my side” or “My little shadow.” Double-check your spelling before confirming your choices.
No. Your upload is the reference image. Viewing it with your name, finish and message does not create or approve final engraving artwork.
A matching keychain at +$29.95 and a second necklace at +$34.95 are planned optional extras. You can explore them with your main necklace in the personalization panel. They are not included with the $49.95 necklace.

I picked a photo where LOUIS was looking straight at me. Those ears make the little portrait feel personal. I chose silver because it goes with what I usually wear.
I didn’t want a generic maltipoo charm. I wanted TEDDY. Having a favorite photo and the name together is what made this idea stand out to me.
This is the sort of necklace I’d wear with a sweatshirt, not save for an occasion. A little MAX portrait in silver, just for me.
I chose the reference photo carefully. It’s the expression everyone associates with SUNNY. That feels much more personal than picking any pet necklace off a shelf.
The portrait is lovely as an idea, but seeing OTTO underneath is my favorite part. I kept the back plain and went with the silver finish.
The photo I’d choose is not a professional portrait. It’s a normal phone picture of COCO on an ordinary day. I like the thought of carrying that little moment.
I normally keep things very simple. A small silver necklace with BEANS’s own face feels personal without turning into a big statement piece.
I almost used a picture with one ear cut off. Looking at the full-face example made me choose a clearer photo of REX. The tiny details are the reason I’d order this.
This would be for the person who can recognize Peach in any photo. I like that the idea starts with their actual picture, rather than a ready-made breed design.
My choice would be silver, Waffles’s portrait and the name. Nothing extra. Sometimes the simplest version is the one that feels most personal.
The details of Gizmo’s face are why I’d want a custom piece. A general shih tzu outline wouldn’t mean the same thing to me.
I’d wear this alongside the jewelry I already own. The appeal is a small silver reminder of Pip, not a whole new look.
I say Ruby a hundred times a day. Seeing that name under a portrait on a necklace is such a sweet idea. I would keep the spelling exactly as we use it at home.
There are hundreds of pictures of Otis on my phone. Turning one of the favorites into a silver keepsake makes more sense to me than another framed photo.
I chose this example because it makes the custom part clear: one pet’s face, one pet’s name. For me, that pet would be Maple.
I would ask for a favorite photo without saying why. A necklace with Ziggy’s face is the kind of gift someone knows was chosen just for them.
George has a dark, fluffy face, and the portrait reads more as an outline than I expected. I can see him in it, but I’d suggest a close, well-lit photo for a dog like mine.
Bought it for the months I’m away at college. It doesn’t replace lying on the floor with Hazel, obviously. But it makes me smile when I’m missing home.
This was a gift for Mum, but Dad helped choose the picture. He picked one from a walk I’d completely forgotten about. That story ended up being as important as the necklace.
I wanted something I could wear with a plain shirt. This does that. If you want a big portrait people can see across the room, this isn’t really that kind of piece.
My sister has walked Millie almost every morning since we adopted her. The necklace was my way of saying that I notice those everyday acts of love.
I’m not usually sentimental about objects. Rufus is apparently the exception. I still prefer the front without much writing, but I understand the appeal now.
We mark Indie’s adoption day every year. Usually it’s a walk and an absurd dog biscuit. This year I wanted a keepsake for us as well.
Not a grand gift-opening scene. Just my mum in her slippers, opening the box at the kitchen counter and recognizing Lola. That’s the bit I’ll remember.
The first photo I wanted to use had a toy covering part of Chester’s mouth. Switched to a clearer one. I miss the funny toy, but the simpler picture makes more sense for a pendant.
Wally has been gone a while. I wanted something that remembered the happy, ridiculous dog he was, not just the day we lost him. I chose a photo with his tongue hanging out.
I love having Maisie’s face on it, but I’m not great with small necklace clasps. I get someone to help on days when my patience runs out.
Alfie was our first joint decision after moving in together. Most of our other joint decisions were about bills. This one deserved a necklace.
It’s nice when someone asks where a piece of jewelry came from and the answer isn’t just the name of a shop. I get to tell them about Bonnie.
I looked at lots of more elaborate pet jewelry. I kept coming back to a simple round portrait. Harvey has enough personality without decorative extras.
I tried to fit a family saying on the back. It’s a lot of words for a little circle. A shorter note would have looked calmer and been easier to read.
I offered Mum a new photo of Skye. She wanted the one from their first holiday instead. Good reminder that a meaningful photo isn’t always the latest one.
When Hank died, I thought a lot about my partner but forgot how much my sister loved him. This was a small way to include her in remembering him.
The photo I chose was taken after a rainy walk. Penny looks a little scruffy and completely pleased with herself. I didn’t want a perfect version of her.
I wear a lot of patterned tops, and it gets lost against them. With a plain T-shirt it looks much better. A small thing, but useful if you’re deciding how you’d wear it.
Gus has ears that look like they belong to two different dogs. The portrait wouldn’t be him without them. I’m glad I didn’t use a photo with his head turned.
I tried it on before wrapping it for my sister. Briefly considered keeping it, then remembered Juno is not technically my dog.
My neighbour and I walked Nala together for years. I made this a thank-you gift when we moved away. It stood for all the mornings, not just the dog.
Dexter is trouble. The picture I chose makes that very clear. It’s funny how much personality fits in one tiny face.
We tried out a few phrases for the back on paper. The shortest one was best. I’d recommend doing that before getting carried away with a long quote.
I underestimated how small the portrait would feel in person. I’d have found a picture beside a coin more helpful than a close-up. Still a sweet keepsake, just subtler than I imagined.
Freddie has a long official name that nobody uses. I resisted putting the whole thing on the necklace. The nickname is much more him.
Birdie has been in nearly every holiday photo for the last eight years. I chose one of those instead of taking a new portrait. It reminds me of the trip too.
Most people see a little dog necklace. My family sees Otto. I like that it can be both.
There are more choices here than with an ordinary necklace. I enjoyed choosing them, but I’d give myself time to find the right photo and wording rather than rushing the design.
Not the fanciest picture of Bear. Not the clearest background. Just the look he gives me when he thinks dinner is late. That’s the one I wanted to keep.
My friend had a big birthday and lots of big presents. This was a small one about the dog she talks about every day. It felt appropriately personal.
I was nervous about giving a memorial gift. I used a happy photograph and kept the message very simple. We ended up telling funny Maggie stories over dinner.
Rusty is not a dignified dog. His portrait is not especially dignified either. That is precisely why I like it.
Fable lives with my parents, a few hours away. I still get the muddy greetings when I visit. In between, it’s nice to have something small that makes me think of her.
The raincoat photo is the one I always pick for Arlo. I like the idea of keeping that familiar expression on a small silver pendant, with his name right underneath.
Bramble can turn an ordinary walk into a photo opportunity. A portrait necklace feels more personal to me than a generic dog shape, especially with that familiar expression and her name together.
I have hundreds of pictures of Finn, but one sleepy expression is my favorite. That is the picture I would choose for a keepsake, with his name underneath and a short message on the back.
